Domande rapide

Non ho ricevuto la chiave di licenza. Dopo il pagamento arriva in pochi minuti un'email da licenze@cardstudio.it con la chiave, l'app e la guida. Controlla anche nella cartella Spam o Promozioni.

Ho perso l'email o il link è scaduto. Puoi ricevere un nuovo link qui: recupera la tua chiave, usando l'email con cui hai acquistato.

Come installo le carte? Trovi tutti i passaggi nella guida rapida che ricevi via email insieme alla chiave.

Ho cambiato iPhone. Ogni licenza vale per un iPhone. Se hai cambiato telefono scrivici con il numero d'ordine e ti aiutiamo a trasferirla.

I did not receive my license key. A few minutes after payment you receive an email from licenze@cardstudio.it with your key, the app and the guide. Please also check your Spam or Promotions folder.

I lost the email or the link has expired. You can get a new link here: recover your key, using the email address you purchased with.

How do I install the cards? All the steps are in the quick guide you receive by email together with your key.

I changed my iPhone. Each license is valid for one iPhone. If you changed phone, write to us with your order number and we will help you transfer it.
